Sleep and Grow Rich!

Would you believe this? I mean… how can one get rich by sleeping!!! I couldn’t believe it too… but the title was just too intriguing to just leave alone and not read… so, of course I flipped through it…

I actually came across this “Sleep and Grow Rich” e-book in one of the many emails that flood my inbox everyday… ;-)

Took a little while but I finally managed to get my e-hands on a copy of the full unabridged version.

So Ben Sweetland, the author, was trying to share that you, and anyone who wills, can actually sleep and grow rich! Yes, you read correctly! Apparently, the theory goes that there are two parts to your mind…

The conscious mind, that you use in your everyday life to do your everyday things when you are awake and working or going about your home life.  Then, there is your Creative mind - your subconscious mind - that you may not know is there but it is working 24 by 7! When you’re awake and especially when you are asleep!

It is this subconscious that helps unravel complex situations and moulds your thinking when you are at rest or when there are issues that your concious mind cant figure out!

It makes for an interesting read, and it basically states that you can configure your mind by implanting messages into your subconscious - Creative - mind about what you wanna achieve.  The “rich” here is not necessarily monetary only, could be richness in a fulfilling life, in relationships etc etc…

Try this - before you go to bed - say to yourself “I will want my mind to think about how I want and can be a positive thinking person when I wake up.” Then, see in your mind’s eye your tomorrow and the joy you will feel when you wake up, experience in your mind the sensational feeling and allow your mind to enjoy it… then rest your head on your pillow and allow yourself to immerse in the feeling as you doze off…

See what happens when you awake the rest day… and then you can write and tell me about it…
