Glad to hear that you still remember Permaisura Primary School. Yes! It was closed down and taken over by New Town Primary in 1992/93.
Just also to let you know, the old building od Permaisura is still standing. The nostalgia I get from being there is really great. Been there for meetings etc as I am helping in the parent support group. I even met my old teacher there, Mrs Kee (Miss Teo) who is still teaching there ,if you can remember. You too can visit it but it had better be soon as New Town School will be moving and the old building block may be gone by 2009. You can also visit New Town Primary PSG website here .Go to
